2 large bananas, very ripe, mashed
½ cup oil, vegetable
¼ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1¾ cups of white bread flour
1½ cups of white sugar, fine
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Pre-heat the oven to 350° F. for 10 minutes, meanwhile:
Mix the first batch of wet ingredients together.
Mix up batch 2 of the dry ingredients together.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stir well.
Lightly grease with butter or spray release a loaf pan.
Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Check with a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake, if it comes up with batter it's not done yet!
Let cool, or don't, eat it up yum.
