Gooey Chocolate Brownies
Gooey Chocolate Brownies
(Serves)


1 cup butter (2 sticks)
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (2/3 cup)
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
3 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (1/2 cup)


NOTES:
 

Pre-heat oven to 350 ° F.
Melt 4 oz. of chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
Once melted, remove from the heat and mix in the sugar and let cool down.

Mix in the eggs until well incorporated.

Now incorporate the flour and fold in the 3 oz. of chocolate chips.
Place into a buttered 9" x 12" baking dish for 20-25 minutes. The brownie will pull away from the sides of the baking dish when finished, however the middle may still be a little jiggly but will firm up after it has cooled.
