Rum Sauce
Rum Sauce
(Serves 12)
2 tblsp rum
½ cup sugar
½ cup heavy cream
½ stick butter (4 tblsp)
pinch of salt

NOTES: I do enjoy some Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum as my rum of choice for rum sauce.

Instructions

In sauce pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream, sugar and pinch of salt. Stir well and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in the rum.

Serve on bread pudding, French Toast or waffles. Provides the blissful-scintillating aroma of deliciousness about to be had!
